8 Weeks Art Transformation with Martina Glastonbury
An 8-week intensive for developing artists who want stronger direction, a recognisable voice, and a body of work that feels truly their own.
If youāve struggled to understand why your artwork doesn't sell, or would like to have an exhibition full of artwork that truly feels like yours? Then Art Compass is for you. You will find yourself as an artist, your artistic voice & style, and create a body of work that is aligned with you.
You try different styles, but don't settle for one.
You wish you could discuss your art with an experienced artist.
You would like to improve your skills, but don't want to go into debt.
You might have studied already, but were not taught how to find your own artistic voice.

"Martina has helped me over and over when I have got stuck as an artist. I value her more than my words can give."
Amanda Maria
Weekly teaching and guided practical exercises (to keep after the course)
A private, confidential space to talk about your art
Weekly Live Group Calls are intentionally kept off-recorded
4 private 1:1 mentoring sessions
Personal feedback, portfolio reviews & Critique on your work
Help recognising your voice, patterns, and artistic direction
Guidance to strengthen confidence and decision-making
Support in creating work that feels more grounded, connected, and truly yours
It is about finding what makes you.
You are not here to become more like another artist.
You are here to become clearer in your own work.
You will reach a stronger artistic identity, more trust in your process, and a body of work that feels connected, meaningful, and recognisably yours.
Together, we look at the deeper patterns, instincts, themes, decisions, and visual language that naturally return in your art.
It is about understanding what is already happening in your work.
WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

"I found the guidance and support Martina offered me invaluable to my personal growth and development as an artist.
She helped me see the importance of discovery and experimentation, and not to be too precious about initial outcomes.
This helped me explore different approaches, techniques and mediums, that ultimately led me to the medium Iāve become most adept in; soft pastels."
MHAIRI BARBOUR

āWhen I first started drawing, Martina trained my eye by gently pointing out what needed more attention and observation.ā
ALEX PURCELL

"Iām proud of the painting I made in Martinaās studio. Her guidance helped me see what I could do."
MARYNA LISNYCHUK

"Martina helped me understand that artistic voice isn't something you invent, it's something you recognise."
MARIE-PIERRE CAILLOL

Which directions are worth pursuing further?
How can you continue building a stronger and more cohesive body of work?
What opportunities might be worth exploring next, whether that's exhibiting, selling, or developing a new collection?

I now live in Devon, where I paint, teach, and support artists in developing stronger direction, confidence, and artistic identity. I do not teach artists to paint like me. I help artists recognise what already belongs in their work, so they can create art that feels connected, honest, and truly their own.
Ready to Find Your Artistic Direction?

Have Questions? I've Got Answers!
Artists who already create but want more clarity, direction, confidence, and a stronger body of work.
This is best for artists with some experience who are ready to go deeper into their work.
Technique may be discussed, but the focus is artistic identity, voice, cohesion, and meaningful development. If you don't want the identity part, you got more time to other parts of the course.
No. You can work in any medium that suits your practice.
That is exactly what this program is designed to help with.
First 1:1, we will discuss all about you and what you'd like to get out of the course.
In week 2, you get an Artist Voice Diagnostic Session.
Then there will be another 2 1:1 Mentoring Sessions later in the program.
The extra 1:1 session at the end is only given as a bonus to quick subscribers.
Also, through a thread in the community area, where you can post images and questions.
2 weeks, no questions asked. I'd be delighted to hear about possible improvements, if you so wish.
This is the last time I offer Art Compass for this price.
